Here’s a brief overview of my rating system: 

1 Star 

You’ll rarely see 1 star ratings. I normally don’t bother reviewing a book if I can’t give it at least 2 stars. 

2 Stars 

An “okay” read. I suggest borrowing this book not buying it. 

3 Stars 

This book wasn’t good, it wasn’t bad, it was just so-so. 

4 Stars 

This was a great read – totally shelf-worthy! 

5 Stars 

ZOMG. This book is amazing! Borrow or buy it immediately!! I REPEAT borrow or buy immediately!
